This gorgeous hotel in the shadow of the Capitol dome pretty much has it all: a top-notch restaurant, Art & Soul, backed by celebrity-chef Art Smith; room service provided by the same delicious kitchen; a swanky rooftop pool complete with rentable cabanas; and pet-friendly rooms that look much pricier than what you’re actually paying.
