香港瑰麗酒店全新意大利餐廳 Bluhouse，由大廚 Giovanni Galeota 主理，帶來地道意式風味。餐廳格局開揚，分為兩個區域：Blu House Food Hall 及 The Dining Room by Bluhouse。Blu House Food Hall 走休閒路線，設200個座位，當中也有半露天座，你可於戶外陽台享受美食，一邊歎咖啡、品嚐正宗卡邦尼意粉、意式烤肉、方型羅馬薄餅、精緻糕點及意式雪糕，一邊欣賞維港迷人景色。The Dining Room by Bluhouse 則主打意式 fine dining，亦設有專用酒窖，提供多款意大利葡萄酒及自家品牌美酒。
