Unlike Maxim’s Palace at City Hall, you don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to secure a table here. That said, the 10,000 sq ft dining room can fill up quickly on a Sunday or weekday lunches, so make a reservation beforehand to be on the safe side. All the dim sum favourites are here, plus they’ve got a massive hot table stand where you can roll up and grab it yourself, if you can’t wait for the dim sum ladies to roll by. Meal for one: around $100.
