Luk Yu Tea House
The place goes back several generations and they're all still here every day for dim sum with their morning papers. The doorman is leftover from the colonial days, as are their recipes. It is nearly impossible to get a reservation on the first floor as it is unofficially reserved for the regulars. Don't despair, the other floors are just as lovely and humming with nostalgia. Meal for one without wine and service: around $100
