CELEBRATION CENTRAL They may have relaxed the dress code (no tie required) but they still do the personalised matchbooks when you make a booking at this institution. The lobster bisque is out of this world and the lamb chops with mint jelly has been consistently good for more than 30 years.
Meal for two: around $1,200.
