The Venetian has its own version of London's famous Japanese bar-restaurant, Zuma. The great lounge area is perfect for sidelining gamblers and having a drink with a little cosmopolitan scenery. The best private dining room on the casino floor by far. Must-try dishes: anything robata, sushi and sashimi platters, Alaskan king crab legs with yuzu butter, tuna tartar with caviar and quail yolk, and green tea soba. Desserts are good, but skip it was they are nothing outside the box.
