L16 Cafe & Bar At The Park
On sunny days, this outdoor cafe is packed. It is the only restaurant located in Hong Kong Park and is always filled with tourists and nearby office workers. The food is Thai, with some standard cafe fare throw in. Service is a tad slow, but the food hits the spot. And on most days, you'll see a wedding party inside, as this eatery is also located next to the marriage license office.

This place smells of privvies inside, is falling apart at the seams, has dreadful service and is an embarrassment to Hong Kong Park. Check out the full review on my blog.
Great food. Nice central location yet quiet beautiful settings. Definately check this place out. Their taro in black rice pudding with coconut milk and espresso are my favourites.
Food is good. Venue is convenient, near mtr station, with trees all around the outside area. Atmosphere is fun and relaxing, great for casual meet ups and dinner. Service is really quick. We ordered broccoli in cream sauce, chicken in red curry and a rice, which all got served within five minutes after we ordered them. Waiters are very welcoming too. I recommend this! Check it out sometime when you pass by Pacific Place.
