This bistro serves up gastropub favorites such as fish and chips wrapped in faux newspaper, steak frites and pecan pie. Yes, you are eating inside a shopping mall, but the designers have done an incredible job transporting diners out of an arcade and into an airy, lofty eatery. Meal for one without wine and service: around $350
