Lung King Heen

Maybe it's the location, maybe it's the stunning harbour views, but it's definitely the food that keeps diners returning. One of the only Chinese restaurants to have a sommelier and massive wine closet. Dim sum is taken to a new level with inventive packaging and the addition of luxurious ingredients to classic recipes.
