Man Wah
This place is like stepping into 1920s Shanghai. They only seat a small number of diners each night so the chef and staff can take special care of each one. The Peking duck is carved tableside and the waiter expertly removes the extra layer of fat from the crispy skin. Yum. Meal for one without wine and service: around $500
