You've got to be doing something right if customers need to make a booking a few days in advance to land a counter seat at this glorified sushi spot. The chefs work in the center of the U-shaped sushi bar and only the freshest fish is on display. This also means you'll be spending big bucks to eat here, so best to book for lunch if your tastebuds say yes but your bank account says no. Meal for one without wine and service: around $1050
