They modelled Press Room after the French brasserie Balthazar in New York. Though this eatery isn't quite the same, they make a tasty attempt at the glorious New York hamburger. Moreover, they even import H&H bagels for all those die-hard bagel junkies stranded a long way from Manhattan. Meal for one without wine and service: around $250
