FISH N CHIPS You might be eating inside a mall, but some of the best restaurants are located where the shoppers are these days. At Singaporean-owned Fish & Co, they do a decent English fish and chips with tartar sauce and a wedge of lemon. They also have a bunch of western dishes such as prawn fettuccini with a chilli cream sauce, and some surprisingly decent cocktails.
