Rhubarb Martinez
40ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin
40ml Mancino Rosso vermouth
20ml Italian amaro
4 drops of cherry bitters
Add all the ingredients into a Japanese cocktail shaker and stir with a bar spoon to properly mix ingredients. Add large chunks of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to chill the mixture. Once shaken, pour into a chilled classic crystal Martini glass. Garnish the cocktail with a fresh stalk of rhubarb lightly sprayed with rhubarb bitters.
