Monsieur Pierre Gagnaire flies in to his two-starred Michelin restaurant to launch a special preview of his French GourMay menu this fortnight. He’ll be here until May 1 to present the extensive tasting menu, which features the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Try duck liver terrine and pear flavoured with Espelette chillies or oyster broth with Graves white wine. The eight-course preview meal is priced at $1,688 and is available until May 1.
