Ming Court
This two-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant celebrates the New Year with a tempting selection of prosperous dishes. Executive chef Tsang and his team present a new à la carte menu featuring specialty dishes and dim sum delights, such as stewed pig knuckle, ginseng with sea cucumber and Year of the Dragon vegetarian dumplings. Manor Seafood Restaurant
This year, the restaurant is rolling out an authentic Cantonese menu for Chinese New Year, featuring its signature roasted suckling pig, tea-smoked chicken and abalone with ginger and scallion in a clay pot. Renaissance Harbour View
The five-star hotel is hosting three prix-fixe dinner menus at its newly-renovated Concord Room and Oasis Room, priced at $6,388, $7,788, and $9,288 for every table of 12. Highlights from these hearty, cold-weather feasts include braised dried oyster with sea moss and simmered sliced abalone. This offer is available until the end of March. Shang Palace
Kick off CNY’s Eve with a large family dinner at the lavishly decorated Shang Palace. Chef Mok Kit-keung has two auspicious ‘fortune’ set dinner menus ($7,888 and $9,888 for 12 people) to delight the discerning palate. The menu is available until February 15.
