I can't believe Brasserie on the 8th can be on this list (their fish is always over cooked). What about Caprice and L'Atelier? In my opinion those are the two best French restaurants in town.
Ooops, just saw that Caprice is on the list.....
Les Celebrities - this restaurant should be seriously be considered not to be listed as French - dinner on 18 Jan 2012 - the menu is anything but French and they serve the world's most expnsive Watsons distilled water HKD60 for a small bottle.
