  • I think its quite funny how most of the local population thinks Fook Lam Moon (Wan Chai)is actually really bad but still can get a two Michelin stars!! Maybe I should just open the restaurant doing chinese food for westerners and get 2 stars too! Or I am wrong and the friendly white people from Michelin Guide can come and teach us Chinese what good taste is and what our food should really be like!
