Chef Uwe Opocensky absolutely deserves his Michelin Star for his exquisite taste and presentation of food... a gastronomic dream!
Brilliant Exec Chef Uve Opocensky is rewarded with a Michelin Star he so richly deserves....
I think its quite funny how most of the local population thinks Fook Lam Moon (Wan Chai)is actually really bad but still can get a two Michelin stars!! Maybe I should just open the restaurant doing chinese food for westerners and get 2 stars too! Or I am wrong and the friendly white people from Michelin Guide can come and teach us Chinese what good taste is and what our food should really be like!
Tims Kitchen is good but surprised it went to 2 stars Din Tai Fung is good Tim Ho Wan - planning on going great feedback
