This superb rooftop space affords 180-degree views of the harbour and Happy Valley Racetrack. In an unpretentious manner, they’ve stolen a good percentage of sun-lapping, moonlight-seeking patrons from competing skyscraping outlets. Almost famous
They quietly streamlined their menu to add more comfort eats such as truffled mac and cheese. This coupled with one of the best rooftops in Hong Kong makes Sevva a winning combo. 25/F, Prince’s Bldg, Central, 2537 1388.
