There is something wonderfully visceral about having a great big steak in the casual comforts of butcher refrigerators, bloody wooden blocks, and antique butcher knives. Here the Delmonico cut steak reigns supreme. Petite steaks are available, but why deny yourself? Their fondue’s not bad either. 2/F, 15 Lan Kwai Fong, Central, 2525 6700.
