Atomic Patty, Best of LKF

Posted: 21 Oct 2008

Lan Kwai Fong has long needed a serious entry on the burger front for those in need of something solid after a night on the tiles. Enter Atomic Patty. The signature Atomic Burger ($56) didn’t mess around, with its thick patty, sesame seed bun, lettuce, relish and Thousand Island sauce.

What our tasters said: “The meat has a properly grilled, seared taste... Like your dad’s backyard grill... It’s the regular burger done right... The bun is soft to the bite... lightly toasted... It could have been a touch fresher... A lovely mix of Thousand Island dressing and crispy lettuce... ”

Meat: 9/10
Bun:
7/10
Toppings: 7/10
Value:
5/10
Overall: 7/10  Although it’s on the pricey side, this burger won us over with its classic taste and sheer juicyness. Atomic Patty could make the post-LKF kebab an endangered species.

7 Lan Kwai Fong Rd, 2868 3666.
