This ultra-friendly spot taps into Hong Kong’s love affair with all things Japanese, and they have a reputation for taking real care when cooking their patties (and, most importantly, not squeezing out all the juice). We went for the signature Monster Burger ($33), which came with tomato, mayonnaise and lettuce.
What our tasters said: “That’s an attractive burger, really carefully made... Nice big, chunky patty... Very juicy with a hint of pink... Cooked medium to perfection...The Japanese mayo is too sweet and tangy... I like the finely chopped onions in the meat... Perfect shape retention on the bun – good and thick... The lettuce and tomato are super fresh.”

Value: 8/10
Overall: 7/10. A real winner, especially if you prefer a lighter burger. We’ll be asking them to hold the Japanese mayo next time though.
Two locations. We got ours from: 21 Stanley St, Central, 2526 1526.
