Before setting up shop in the Landmark, Joel Robuchon opened a restaurant in the Hotel Lisboa in 2001. It was the first noticeable move towards a Las Vegas-style dining scene in Macau. Diners can choose from his modern French a la carte or degustation menu, with a stellar wine list.
