With so much razzmatazz surrounding the opening of the MGM Grand, you’d expect something similarly over the top with their signature Chinese restaurant. A dramatic dining environment with dark wood and high ceiling makes Imperial Court a good place to entertain – even children. The menu is predominantly Cantonese, but they also make an exquisite Peking duck. If you’re really trying to impress, invite the in-house sommelier to recommend a wine to go with every course.
