When gamblers are celebrating their big winnings, they come here for steaks, lobsters and all things obscenely expensive. Suitably, this famous American steakhouse chain is the most profitable restaurant at the Venetian. From the menu, we recommend the 24oz porterhouse or the 20oz New York sirloin. But if your winnings weren’t anything to brag about, there are always complimentary filet mignon sandwiches during their daily 5pm-7pm happy hour.
