Henri's Gallery
This fisherman-themed Macanese restaurant claims to serve the best African chicken in the enclave, though much of its reputation comes from the fact Gourmet magazine once wrote a glowing review for the place in the 1980s. Still, to this day diners flock to Henri’s out of the way location to taste its famous chicken. Taxis are not readily available, so either arrange a private car, or bring bus money.
