Hong Kong Pride Parade
While there have been many great parties and days out in our LGBT communities this year – from the launch of pop single Tranny in the House to the Mr Gay Hong Kong competition – none had the same resonance as the second annual Pride Parade from Hennessy Road in Wan Chai to Chater House in Central. This year saw the Sunday, November 1, parade marking an end to a rainbow weekend beginning with the now-annual Floatilla, another 2009 highlight, on the Saturday.
