This fortnight's top parties
1. Dave Seaman Club Lotus
Hailed as a pioneer of house music, Seaman’s done it all. From becoming the very first editor of Mixmag to producing tracks for Kylie Minogue, we expect nothing short of a banging house party from this gig. If his recent Radio Therapy Broadcast is any indication, expect a set of chilled-out tunes bumped up with pulsating trance loops that will make the trek to Macau worthwhile. Sat 9
2. DJ Yoda Volar
The title of Yoda’s first mix tape, How To Cut & Paste, sums his style up quite nicely. This Brit’s sample and scratch-heavy tracks will appeal to hip-hop and dance lovers alike. In what some describe as a ‘cartoony’ spinning style, we think Yoda’s feel-good tunes – which layer old-school beats on top of melodic poppy tunes – will bring a smile to the smuggest of models’ faces in the club this fortnight. Fri 15
3 Tittsworth Fly
Tittsworth is bringing his bouncy Baltimore Club tunes to Hong Kong, reverberating through the walls at Fly this fortnight as one of our top sets. We expect to hear his bigger title tracks like WTF featuring Pase Rock and the smooth-talking Kid Sister, and Here He Comes with reggaeton twins Nina Sky, as well as Pitbull (who, quite frankly, needs no introduction). Fri 8
