This three-hour marathon set encapsulated everything that’s right about a great club night and great electronic music. Brazil’s Marky is a master at getting people moving, and it was a sonic trip from the depths of jungle and garage to the highs of funk and house.

Dan F, Frankie Lam, AKW, Lukas, M@i, and Alan Pak played the best house and techno, outdoors, as the sun went down on the beautiful and spacious terrace in Kowloon on a balmy Saturday evening. It was epic, and we want to see more of it next year.
Honorable mentions
2manyDJs at Volar blew people’s minds, as did Major Lazer; John Digweed at HITEC was a full-on rave; Kryptic Minds smashed it; DJ Fu was a revelation; Fabric’s Terry Francis at Homebase was pure class; and Daniel Dreier gave us a wild, wild techno adventure.
